: Sprinkler Engineer

Salary:
£38,000 – £50,000 + travel + overtime
Technical Resources are working with a leading fire protection and life safety contractor, seeking an experienced Sprinkler Engineer to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, service, testing, and commissioning of commercial sprinkler systems across a range of projects nationwide.
Responsibilities :

Install and fit sprinkler systems, including heads, pipework, and valves.

Carry out hydrostatic testing, flow testing, and full system commissioning.

Read, interpret, and work from technical drawings and hydraulic designs.

Ensure compliance with BS EN 12845, BS 9251, and LPCB installation standards.

Conduct maintenance and modifications on existing sprinkler systems.

Maintain a safe working environment and ensure all work documentation is completed accurately.

Liaise with site managers, project teams, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
Experience and Certifications Required:

LPCB Competent Person (Installation) certification

Strong understanding of commercial sprinkler systems and water supplies.

Valid CSCS Card
-
IPAF or PASMA certification

Proven experience across office, retail, and industrial installations.

Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
