Role: Sprinkler Design Engineer
Location: Remote or Office-Based (Lancashire, Staffordshire, or London)
Salary: £30,000 - £60,000 per annum + Company Car
Technical Resources are recruiting for an experienced Sprinkler Design Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing fire protection design team delivering high-quality sprinkler system designs across commercial and residential sites.
Responsibilities:
- Design fire sprinkler systems in accordance with LPC and BS EN 12845 standards
- Produce accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure technical accuracy
- Support commercial and residential fire protection projects from concept through to delivery
- Stay up to date with industry standards and design practices
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sprinkler system design
- Strong AutoCAD skills; Revit experience preferred or willingness to learn
- Experience working to LPC and BS EN 12845 design standards
- LPS1048/LPCB qualifications – beneficial, not essential
