Role : Smart Buildings Technical Services Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background in Smart Building technologies? This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of cutting-edge projects integrating building systems, IoT technologies, and digital infrastructure across prestigious developments. You’ll manage projects from concept and design through to commissioning and handover, ensuring compliance, quality, and commercial success.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and deliver smart building projects from early design to commissioning and operational support.
- Manage project proposals, tenders, and bills of materials.
- Oversee compliance, design reviews, commissioning, and close-out processes.
- Supervise delivery partners and ensure Health & Safety compliance across all works.
- Plan project resources and budgets, maintaining KPIs and cost control.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and quality standards.
- Act as the key technical escalation point for clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in smart building systems.
- Proven project management experience across the full project lifecycle.
- Expertise in system integration — BMS, EMS, lighting control, security, and IoT.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and data migration practices.
- Understanding of smart building and data standards (BRICK Schema, Project Haystack, ISO 19650).
- Familiarity with building performance certifications (WELL, NABERS, SmartScore, WiredScore).
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple partners or stakeholders.
