Are you an experienced Security Project Manager looking for a new challenge in the South-East? Technical Resources are recruiting for one of the UK’s largest facilities management companies, who have a well-established Fire and Security division delivering projects nationwide. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Small Works Project Manager to oversee multiple Security projects across the region.
Responsibilities :
- Manage Security projects from initial scope through to completion.
- Take ownership of project P&L and ensure all works are delivered on time and within budget.
- Oversee engineering resource and sub-contract labour.
- Produce accurate quotations, tenders, and estimates.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with values up to £200,000.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Proven experience as a Small Works Manager or Security Project Manager.
- Strong commercial awareness and project delivery experience.
- A technical background in security systems is desirable but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence.
