Role: Small Works Manager
Location: Remote
Salary: £40,000 £45,000 per annum + Company Car
Technical Resources are recruiting for a Small Works Manager (or an experienced Senior Project Coordinator ready to step up). Due to continued growth, our client requires a dedicated professional to manage small works projects on a remote basis, supporting one of their key UK-wide accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee project delivery for a major customer across the UK.
- Manage multiple small works projects, typically valued up to £30,000 each.
- Assist with profit and loss responsibilities at project level.
- Produce and manage RAMS documentation.
- Raise purchase orders and invoices, arrange materials and parts for timely delivery.
- Schedule and coordinate the work of Installation Engineers and Subcontractors.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Previous experience as a Security Project Coordinator or Small Works Manager.
- Strong administrative background within the Fire & Security industry.
- Confident working independently from home for extended periods.
