Role : Small Works Manager

£42,000 to £45,000 per annum
Are you looking for a Small Works Manager position? As a Small Works Manager, you will oversee the delivery of multiple small works projects while supporting wider project operations. You will be working for a major national Fire & Security provider, currently experiencing rapid expansion across the UK.
Responsibilities :
● Run multiple ongoing small works projects up to £50,000 in value.
● Maintain full P&L responsibility for assigned projects.
● Manage engineering resources and subcontract labour.
● Complete all project documentation to a high standard.
● Assist in the coordination and delivery of larger projects when required.
Experience and Certifications Required:
● Proven background as a Senior Engineer or Project Engineer within Fire & Life Safety.
● Experience with Intruder, CCTV and Access Control.
● Strong organisational skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects.
● Experience managing engineering teams and subcontractors.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
