: Small Works Manager

£40,000 to £45,000 per annum
We’re seeking a proactive Small Works Manager to lead the delivery of small-scale security installation projects across Gillingham, London, and the South East. You’ll oversee installations, upgrades, and remedial works, ensuring all projects meet quality, safety, and NSI Gold compliance standards.
Responsibilities :

Manage small works projects (typically £1,000–£50,000 in value).

Oversee delivery, profitability, and quality of installations.

Prepare quotations, estimates, and project documentation.

Coordinate engineering teams and provide technical support.

Conduct site visits, surveys, and ensure compliance with standards (NCP 104, NCP 109, BS EN 62676).

Maintain profit margins and departmental P&L targets.

Support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Experience and Certifications Required:

Proven experience managing small-scale security system projects.

Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Systems.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and margins.

Collaborative approach to working with engineers and service teams.

Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel across the South East.
