Site Supervisor (x2)

Rate: £300/£350 per day
Role Overview
We are seeking two experienced Site Supervisors to oversee installation works on a large-scale construction/data centre project. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating installation teams, and ensuring works are delivered safely, to specification, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day installation works on site.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure health, safety, and quality standards are adhered to.
- Coordinate site logistics, scheduling, and progress reporting.
- Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and site inductions as required.
- Maintain accurate site records including progress, quality, and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements
- Previous site supervision experience on large construction or data centre projects.
- Background in Security Systems installation preferred, but candidates from M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) or Fire Systems are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of installation processes, site safety, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
