Role: Site Manager
Location: North East
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum + Vehicle, Overtime, Travel Time, Overnight Stay Allowance
Technical Resources are recruiting for a Site Manager in North East. As a Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll be joining a well-established infrastructure contractor working across critical energy and utilities projects.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret and manage project plans
- Manage timescales, materials, and manpower for site delivery
- Supervise contractors and day-to-day site operations
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
- Liaise with Engineers, Architects, and Contractors to ensure delivery
- Recommend process improvements and cost savings
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Previous experience as a Site Manager, Site Engineer, or Civil Engineer
- Full UK driving licence
- National Grid experience
- Familiarity with CAD software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- SR163 certification (preferred)
