Technical Resources are currently working with a well renowned Consultancy, Construction and Refurbishment company based close to London. They are seeking two experienced Site Managers to join their team, primarily based in West London. This role involves extensive interaction with Clients, Project Managers and On-site Operatives as well as carrying out regular site meetings. The successful candidate will be responsible for making sure projects are running on schedule and to tight timelines, Making sure health & safety is adhered to and reporting regularly to Project Managers.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct client meetings to discuss updates.
- Making sure Projects are running on schedule.
- Generating weekly reports to Project Manager.
- Supervising on-site teams.
- Making the projects are running on schedule to tight deadlines.
- Build rapport to gain repeat work through exceptional service and project delivery.
- Making sure Health & Safety is being adhered to.
- Regularly reviewing on-site operatives skill sets.
- Liaising with teams to help projects stay on track and address any issues promptly.
- Dealing with any on-site issues.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction / electrical industry.
- Experience delivering Airport projects is advantageous.
- Proven track record as a Senior Engineer / Team Leader / Supervisor.
- Strong man management skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Construction / Electrical background with experience in high-end commercial or industrial projects.
- Emotional intelligence to navigate complex client interactions.
- Preference for candidates located as close to Heathrow as possible, for ease of travel and client engagement.
