Rate: £220 p/day
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to assist the Project Manager in overseeing daily site operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating engineering teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project documentation, safety standards, and delivery schedules.
Description of contract/programme of works:

Support the Project Manager in the day-to-day management of site activities.

Supervise engineering teams and subcontract labour to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Organise and procure necessary materials, equipment, and resources for the project.

Ensure all works are carried out in line with CDM regulations and company procedures.

Enforce strict adherence to health and safety (H&S) policies and site rules.

Monitor compliance with all relevant standards, specifications, and documentation.

Conduct site inspections, progress reporting, and risk assessments as required.
Experience required:
-
Proven experience managing engineering teams and subcontractors on construction or technical projects.
-
Strong organisational and leadership skills with attention to detail.
-
Experience with project documentation and site compliance.
-
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

IPAF / PASMA
