Are you an experienced Principal Contractor / Site Manager with a background in fire alarm installations? Technical Resources is recruiting for a hands-on Site Manager to oversee the installation of an Advanced Open Protocol fire alarm system across multiple sites in Manchester. This is a key role responsible for safe delivery, trade coordination and full compliance
Description of contract/programme of works:

Overseeing the installation of an Advanced Open Protocol fire alarm system

Coordinating multiple subcontractors on-site
-
Carrying out site inductions and ensuring controlled access to work areas

Overseeing health & safety standards and daily site coordination
Experience required:
-
Proven experience managing fire alarm installations in live environments
-
Strong knowledge of Advanced Open Protocol fire alarm systems
-
Confident in coordinating multiple trades on-site

Experience working under CDM regulations
-
Strong health & safety and site management background
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:

SMSTS or SSSTS
-
Health & Safety certification
-
Proven experience working under CDM 2015
