: Service Manager – Fire and Security

£45,000 to £50,000 per annum
Are you looking for a Service Manager position working in South Yorkshire? As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of fire and security engineers and administrative staff, supporting service delivery, ensuring quality of engineering work, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be joining a respected Fire and Security provider with over 30 years of industry presence and a versatile commercial client base.
Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of 12, including Security Service Engineers, Small Works Engineers and administrative staff.
- Conduct audits of engineering work to ensure quality and compliance.
- Meet with customers and clients, acting as a key point of contact.
- Provide technical support to engineers when required.
- Work closely with Service Coordinators to maximise operational efficiency across the department.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Service Manager or Supervisor position.
- Technical engineering experience with CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms and Fire Alarm systems.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to support other areas of the business when needed.
