Are you a Service Manager based in the North-West looking to step into a role where you can make a real impact? As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing an established engineering team, ensuring high standards of service delivery across Fire and Security contracts. You will be working for a well-established Fire and Security business with over 25 years of experience, delivering solutions to a wide range of commercial clients, including healthcare providers and local authorities.
Responsibilities :
- Managing a team of up to 10 Engineers, including Security Engineers
- Conducting audits of engineering work to ensure quality and compliance
- Meeting with customers and clients to maintain strong working relationships
- Providing technical support and guidance to Engineers where required
- Working closely with the office team to maximise operational efficiency
Experience and Certifications Required:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Service or Operations Manager role within the Fire and Security industry
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Proven background in managing service delivery and client relationships
