Technical Resources are working with a leading Security Systems Integrator seeking an experienced and motivated Service & Maintenance Manager to oversee their service operations. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day activities within the department, ensuring all reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) works are completed efficiently, on time, and to a high standard. This role demands strong leadership, a solid technical background, and a proactive approach to performance management and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities :

Lead and develop engineering and administrative teams.

Oversee daily operations of the Service & Maintenance department.

Schedule, allocate, and monitor completion of all reactive and PPM tasks.

Ensure works are delivered on time, meeting all KPI and SLA targets.

Audit engineering performance and ensure compliance with NSI standards.

Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Provide technical support to engineers, admin staff, and clients.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Act as the main point of escalation for client issues, ensuring timely resolutions.

Manage disciplinary processes in line with company procedures.

Support client relationship management and contribute to business growth.
Experience and Certifications Required:
-
Proven experience managing a service or maintenance team in a technical environment.

Strong leadership and people management skills.
-
Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
-
In-depth understanding of reactive and PPM workflows.

Experience working with KPI and SLA frameworks.

Strong data analysis and performance improvement capabilities.

Solid technical knowledge of Access Control, CCTV, and Intruder Alarm systems.

Experience with systems such as CCURE, Gallagher, CEM, Avigilon, FLIR, VideoEdge, or ExacqVision (preferred).

Customer-focused, commercially aware, and confident in managing client relationships.
