£38,000 to £42,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Security Supervisor looking for your next opportunity? As a Security Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading and coordinating installation and maintenance activities for CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems across commercial and construction sites. You will manage engineering teams, oversee subcontractors, and ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and support day-to-day delivery of security system installations and servicing.
- Coordinate engineering resources and subcontractors across multiple sites.
- Carry out quality checks, snagging, and ensure work meets specification.
- Provide technical support and guidance to engineers.
- Liaise with project managers and client representatives to maintain clear communication and smooth delivery.
- Enforce site health & safety compliance and ensure documentation is accurately maintained.
- Conduct progress meetings and prepare reports as required.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within security installation or service roles.
- Proven supervisory or team-lead experience (essential).
- Strong technical understanding of CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder systems (e.g. Paxton, Lenel, Avigilon, Galaxy, or Hikvision).
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification (essential).
- ECS/CSCS Supervisor Card.
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
