£50,000 to £55,000 per annum
Are you a Small Works Manager – Security based in the South-East, looking to take ownership of high-profile CCTV and Access Control projects? As a Small Works Manager, you will be responsible for delivering multiple security upgrade projects across the region, managing engineers and subcontractors while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will be working for a leading, independently owned Security Systems Integrator with a strong reputation across technology, retail, government, and public sector contracts.
Responsibilities :
● Running multiple ongoing small works projects up to £50,000 in value
● Full P&L responsibility across assigned projects
● Managing engineering resources and subcontract labour
● Completing project documentation and ensuring compliance standards are met
● Overseeing CCTV and Access Control upgrade projects across the South-East
Experience and Certifications Required:
● Previous experience managing security projects or working as a Project Engineer, looking to step up
● Strong technical background in CCTV and Access Control systems
● Experience managing engineers and subcontractors
● Commercial awareness with experience handling project budgets
