Role: Security Service Manager
Location: West London
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum + Car/Van + Bonus
Technical Resources are recruiting for an experienced Security Service Manager based in West London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing security business delivering high-quality solutions across London and the Home Counties. You’ll play a key role in managing a team, supporting clients, and improving operations – all while being recognised with a strong salary, company vehicle, and performance-based bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of five engineers, providing technical guidance and on-site support when required
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular calls, meetings, and site visits
- Spend 1–2 days per week in the office managing diaries, updating paperwork, and coordinating with the Projects team
- Provide technical support for engineers and clients on CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder systems
- Step in with tools as needed, covering engineer absences where required
- Drive customer satisfaction and contribute to ongoing business growth
Experience and Certifications Required:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the security industry
- Hands-on experience with CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder alarm systems
- Previous team management or supervisory experience
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Commitment to excellent customer service
