Salary: £45,000 to £47,000 per annum

Are you a Security Service Manager based in the South West ready to lead a high-performing team? As a Security Service Manager, you will oversee the full service delivery function across CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems, ensuring engineers are scheduled efficiently, customers are supported effectively and service standards remain high. You will be working for a leading UK security technologies group with a strong national presence.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a team of 12 Security Service Engineers
  • Plan and schedule security maintenance visits efficiently
  • Review service paperwork and organise return visits, quotations and remedial works
  • Handle customer enquiries, callouts and post-activation follow-ups
  • Manage engineer rotas, holidays, attendance and out-of-hours escalation
  • Attend and chair client meetings
  • Carry out engineer audits
  • Take responsibility for Profit & Loss performance
  • Provide on-site technical support to engineers when required

Experience and Certifications Required:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Security Service Manager, Supervisor or Senior Security Engineer role
  • Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems
  • Experience managing engineers or service operations
  • Commercial awareness including experience with quotations and budgeting
  • Full UK driving licence
