Role : Security Service Engineer
Location: Dorset
Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum
Technical Resources are currently seeking a Security Service Engineer in the Dorset with experience in servicing intruder alarms, CCTV systems and access control systems.
Responsibilities :
- Attend sites and undertake small works, periodic maintenance and fault finding where required.
- Ensure daily targets are achieved to meet customers SLAs/KPIs.
- Responsible for correct usage of client’s platforms.
- All electronic reporting to the service desk carried out promptly.
- Effective control of stock & vehicle audit.
- Awareness of Health & Safety.
- To present a professional appearance.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Previous industry experience is essential.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Good timekeeping.
- Customer focussed.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
- Dynamic, forward thinking, and ambitious and ambitious.
