Job Title: Security Service Engineer
Location: North West England
Rate:
£220 p/day
We are currently seeking a Security Service Engineer to undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electronic security systems in the North West region. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing a range of security systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, and optionally Fire Alarms.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Conducting planned and reactive maintenance activities on electronic security systems.
- Working with systems including: Intruder Alarms: Galaxy, Texacom, Menvier, ATS (beneficial)
- CCTV: IP, Analogue
- Access Control: Paxton
- Fire Alarms: Conventional and Addressable (bonus, not essential)
- Weekly submission of daily job sheets for timesheet authorisation.
Experience required:
- Candidates must possess significant proficiency in electronic security systems.
- Strong experience in servicing CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, and Fire Alarms is preferred.
- Fire alarm experience is beneficial.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- No specific qualifications required, but Kings vetting needs to be completed before the engineer begins.
- ECS card is beneficial.
- Kings vetted.
- Hand tools, power tools, steps, and ladders.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Android device.
