Job Title: Security Service Engineer
Location: London, Hertfordshire and Essex
Rate: £220 p/day
We are seeking an experienced Security Service Engineer to handle breakdowns and maintenance on CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems. The role involves working with systems such as Texecom, Menvier, Galaxy, Paxton, Videx, and Hikvision (IP). You will also work with Fire alarms, both addressable and conventional. The coverage area will be 70% commercial (offices, warehouses, factories) and 30% high-end domestic sites across London, Hertfordshire, and Essex.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Breakdown and maintenance of CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems (Texecom, Menvier, Galaxy, Paxton, Videx, Hikvision)
- Work on both addressable and conventional fire alarms
- Ensure systems are fully operational and resolve any faults promptly
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Cover 70% commercial sites and 30% high-end domestic sites
Experience required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the security systems industry
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- No formal qualifications required
- Hand tools, power tools, steps, ladders, multi-meter
- Unmarked vehicle
