Job Title: Security Service Engineer
Location: London
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you a Security Service Engineer with experience across access control, CCTV, and intruder systems? You will be expected to carry out PPMs, fault-finding, and remedial works across a range of commercial and retail sites in North London. You will be working for a well-established contractor delivering service and maintenance works across larger premises.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Service and maintenance of access control, CCTV, and intruder systems
- Planned preventative maintenance, remedial works, and fault-finding
- Working on Genetec and Hikvision CCTV systems
- Working on C-Cure access control systems
- Supporting larger projects and occasionally assisting a permanent engineer on site
Experience required:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the fire and security industry
- Strong background servicing CCTV (Genetec/Hikvision), access (C-Cure), and intruder systems
- Experience delivering PPM, remedials, and fault resolution
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- DBS (essential)
- ECS Card (preferred)
- Hand tools and power tools
- Battery testers, steps, and ladders
