Job Title: Security Service Engineer
Location: Kent and South East London
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you looking for a Security Service Engineer role covering Kent and South East London? As a Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service and maintenance of CCTV, Intruder Alarms, and Access Control systems across multiple education sites. This is a live-site environment, so professionalism and safeguarding awareness are essential.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Planned service and reactive maintenance of CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder systems
- Working across multiple education sites
- Fault-finding and system checks on a scheduled route
Experience required:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in security system servicing
- Experience across CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder systems
- Previous work within education or live public environments preferred
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- DBS – essential
- ECS – beneficial
- Own hand tools, power tools, and battery testers
- Steps and full PPE
