Job Title: Security Service Engineer
Location: Leeds, Sheffield, Hull, Manchester areas
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you looking for a Security Service Engineer position working across the Leeds, Sheffield, Hull, Manchester areas? As a Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, fault-finding, and remedial works on access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems, predominantly within commercial and retail environments. You will be working for a specialist contractor delivering security system solutions to high standards.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive servicing of CCTV, access control, and intruder systems
- Fault-finding and carrying out remedial works
- Working on CCTV systems (Genetec, Hikvision) and access control systems (C-Cure)
- Covering commercial and retail stores across Leeds, Sheffield, Hull, Manchester, and the wider Yorkshire area
Experience required:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the security systems industry
- Experience servicing and maintaining CCTV, access control, and intruder systems
- Familiarity with Genetec, Hikvision, and C-Cure systems
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- DBS (essential)
- Hand tools and power tools
- Battery testers
- Steps and ladders
