: Security Service Engineer

Salary:
£32,000 to £40,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced Security Service Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of a range of electronic security systems, delivering high-quality support to commercial and industrial clients.
Responsibilities :

Service, maintain, and fault-find on Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control systems.

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive service calls.

Diagnose system issues and complete repairs efficiently.

Provide excellent on-site technical support and customer service.

Complete all service reports, timesheets, and compliance paperwork accurately.

Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and company standards at all times.
Experience and Certifications Required:
-
Proven experience working with Intruder, CCTV, and Access Control systems

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

Good understanding of relevant BS and EN standards.
-
Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
