Are you looking for a Security Service Engineer position working in Derby? As a Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and fault-finding of CCTV, Access Contro,l and Intruder Alarm systems across commercial and residential sites. You will be working for a well-established Security provider delivering high-quality service and support to customers across the region.
Responsibilities :
- Routine servicing, maintenance, and reactive repairs on CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems.
- Fault-finding and diagnostics on IP and analogue security systems.
- Testing system performance and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Completing service reports and documentation accurately and on time.
- Providing excellent customer service and technical support to end users.
- Ensuring safe working practices and adherence to company and industry guidelines.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience servicing CCTV, Access Control and Intruder systems.
- Strong knowledge of IP CCTV platforms and modern networked security solutions.
- Experience working on systems from leading manufacturers (Hikvision, Paxton, Texecom, Galaxy etc.).
- ECS/CSCS Card
