Job Title: Security Service Engineer
Location: Cardiff
Rate: £230 p/day
Technical Resources are working with a leading Fire and Security solutions provider who are seeking an experienced Security Service Engineer to join their expanding team. As a Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the servicing, fault-finding, and maintenance of electronic security systems across commercial and residential sites.
Description of contract/programme of works:

Service, maintain, and fault-find on CCTV, Intruder, and Access Control systems.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Complete all relevant service documentation and reports accurately.

Work independently and as part of a wider engineering team to ensure all SLAs are met.

Attend reactive callouts when required.
Experience required:
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience servicing and maintaining CCTV, Intruder, and Access Control systems.

Experience with major systems such as Hikvision, Pyronix, Texecom, Paxton, and Galaxy.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:

ECS or CSCS Card.

Full UK Driving Licence.
