Role: Security Project Manager
Location: North West
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + Company Car or Car Allowance
Technical Resources are recruiting for an experienced Security Project Manager to oversee multiple, high-value projects across the North. In this role, you will manage Security and AV projects, each valued up to £750,000, with full P&L responsibility for your portfolio. You will ensure projects are executed to the highest standards, adhering to NSI compliance, and manage sub-contractor labour while working closely with the Head of Projects to implement strategies and help run the department.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple, ongoing Security and AV projects, each valued up to £750,000.
- Take P&L responsibility for your project portfolio across the North region.
- Ensure all project documentation is completed and complies with NSI standards.
- Oversee sub-contractor labour management and ensure quality delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Projects to implement new strategies and assist in the running of the department.
- Ensure Risk Assessments and Method Statements are submitted to clients.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager within the Fire and Security, AV, or Cabling sectors.
- Solid knowledge of NSI standards.
- Project Management qualification (desirable, but not essential).
