: Security Project Manager

Salary:
£45,000 to £50,000 per annum
Are you a Security Project Manager based in the North-West looking to take full ownership of your projects? As a Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-value security projects from initial scope through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard. You will be working for a well-established Fire and Security business with over 20 years of experience, delivering solutions to a broad range of commercial clients, including healthcare and local authorities.
Responsibilities :
- End-to-end project management from scope through to completion
- Managing projects up to £1m in individual value
- Full P&L responsibility
- Management of sub-contract labour on site
- Completing all required project documentation
- Organising and procuring parts and equipment
Experience and Certifications Required:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing Security projects
- Proven experience delivering commercial security installations
- Strong financial and commercial awareness with P&L responsibility
- Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
