Role : Security Project Manager
Location: North West
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annum
Technical Resources is partnering with a well-established Fire & Security company based in the North West. Our client is seeking an experienced Security Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-quality security installation projects across the region.
Responsibilities :

Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Oversee projects valued up to £1 million individually.

Take full P&L responsibility for assigned projects.

Coordinate and manage sub-contractors and internal teams.

Handle procurement, logistics, and scheduling of equipment and materials.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

Liaise with clients to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
Experience and Certifications Required:

Minimum 3 years’ experience managing security installation projects.

Proven track record delivering large-scale commercial projects.
-
Strong organisational, financial, and leadership skills.
-
Technical understanding of CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems.
