Role: Security Project Manager
Location: London and Home Counties
Salary: £50,000 - £58,000 per annum
Technical Resources are recruiting for a Security Project Manager to deliver enterprise-level security system projects across London and the Home Counties. The role will focus on the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end project management from scoping through to completion.
- Management of multiple security projects at any one time, up to individual values of £600,000.
- Full responsibility for project P&L.
- Management and allocation of engineering resources and subcontract labour.
- Producing quotations and estimates for projects.
- Ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Security Project Manager.
- Strong technical background in Access Control and CCTV.
- Experience managing large-scale projects with commercial accountability.
- Previous exposure to construction projects – beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of managing P&L.
