Job Title: Security Installation Engineer
Location: West Midlands
Rate: £220 p/day
We need an experienced Security Installation Engineer to carry out 1st and 2nd fixing, programming, and commissioning of Galaxy Intruder alarms across various banking sites in the West Midlands. This contract will involve upgrade works with the possibility of out-of-hours work if necessary. There will be no bank holiday work available. We prefer individual engineers to take on the works, although we will consider pairs.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- 1st and 2nd fixing, programming, and commissioning of Galaxy Intruder alarm systems
- Upgrade works to existing systems
- Banking sites will be the primary location for works
- Out-of-hours work may be required, but no bank holiday work
Experience required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in electronic security
- Extensive experience with Galaxy Intruder alarms (essential)
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- Standard hand tools
- Drills
- Full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Steps and ladders
- Company Vetting (essential)
- ECS/CSCS (beneficial)
