Job Title: Security Installation Engineer
Location: Plymouth
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you a Security Installation Engineer in Plymouth with experience across CCTV, access control, and fire alarms? We need you to carry out 2nd fix installation and some commissioning on a project involving Unify CCTV, Paxton door access, and Advanced fire alarms (Hochiki protocol).
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Installation of Unify CCTV systems
- Installation of Paxton access control systems
- Installation and minor commissioning of Advanced fire alarm systems (Hochiki protocol)
- Mainly 2nd fix works with some commissioning duties
Experience required:
- Proven experience installing and commissioning security and fire systems
- Hands-on knowledge of Unify CCTV, Paxton access control, and Advanced fire alarm systems
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- ECS/CSCS Card – Essential
- Standard hand tools – Essential
- Laptop (if required for commissioning) – Beneficial
- Full PPE – Essential
