: Security Installation Engineer

Salary:
£32,000 to £40,000 per annum
As a Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the servicing, fault-finding, and maintenance of electronic security systems across commercial and residential sites.
Responsibilities :

Service, maintain, and fault-find on CCTV, Intruder, and Access Control systems.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Complete all relevant service documentation and reports accurately.

Work independently and as part of a wider engineering team to ensure all SLAs are met.

Attend reactive callouts when required.
Experience and Certifications Required:
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience servicing and maintaining CCTV, Intruder, and Access Control systems.

Experience with major systems such as Hikvision, Pyronix, Texecom, Paxton, Galaxy.

ECS or CSCS Card.
