Job Title: Security Installation Engineer
Location: Central Belt
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you a Fire Installation Engineer looking for a new contract role? We are seeking a skilled and reliable Security Installation Engineer to join a team in the Central Belt of Scotland. The role will focus on installing Access Control, CCTV, and Intruder systems for a variety of sites. You will be part of a team dedicated to delivering high-quality security solutions to our clients.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Install Access Control, CCTV, and Intruder systems as per the project specifications
- Ensure systems are installed to the highest standards, meeting all compliance and safety requirements
- Work closely with the project manager to ensure timely and accurate delivery of installations
- Provide excellent customer service on-site, maintaining professionalism at all times
- Carry out all work in line with company health and safety protocols
- Report on the progress of installations, including any issues encountered
Experience required:
- Extensive experience in security system installations, including Access Control, CCTV, and Intruder systems
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in security installations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- ECS cards (essential)
- Relevant industry certifications are beneficial
- Standard hand tools
- Power tools
- Full PPE (including high-vis, gloves, safety boots, etc.)
- Stepladders
