Role: Security Installation and Commissioning Engineer
Location: Munich
Salary: €40,000 - €60,000 per annum + Car Allowance + 25 days holiday
Technical Resources are recruiting for a Security Installation and Commissioning Engineer based near Munich. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global security systems integrator delivering complex access control projects across critical environments such as data centres, financial institutions, and corporate sites. This is a client-facing position with scope for travel and technical progression.
Responsibilities:
- Install and commission enterprise-level access control systems
- Review system designs and prepare for deployment
- Test, troubleshoot, and carry out basic programming of access control systems
- Supervise installation engineers during project delivery
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Experience installing and commissioning large-scale access control systems
- Hands-on knowledge of C-Cure, Genetec, or Lenel (preferred)
- Strong customer-facing communication and professionalism
- Willingness to travel internationally when required
