Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a background in CCTV and Access Control projects? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading security provider, overseeing the delivery of a major utilities contract valued at £2m per annum. Covering sites across Kent, Sussex, West Sussex, and Surrey, this hybrid role combines contract management, client account management, and project delivery leadership.
Responsibilities :

Lead the delivery of CCTV and Access Control projects across multiple water utility sites.

Act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring excellent communication and service.

Manage the financial performance of the contract, meeting KPIs, budgets, and SLAs.

Oversee supply chain partners and subcontractors to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery.

Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and statutory requirements within utilities environments.

Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and additional services within the contract.

Provide regular reports to senior management on performance, risks, and opportunities.

Manage operational teams and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines.
Experience and Certifications Required:

Proven experience in contract management, account management, or project management within Fire & Security or related sectors.

Strong technical understanding of CCTV and Access Control systems.

Experience working on regulated/critical infrastructure (utilities, gas, water, national grid, energy, transport) is highly desirable.

Strong leadership, organisational, and financial management skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Knowledge of H&S legislation and compliance standards for utilities/safety-critical environments.
