Are you a Security Contracts Manager based in East London looking to lead from the front? As a Security Contracts Manager, you will oversee a team of six engineers delivering complex projects, primarily within the social housing sector. You will be working for a leading Fire & Security and Electrical company known for delivering high-quality, compliant solutions across London.
Responsibilities :
● Manage, develop and recruit a team of six security engineers
● Oversee end-to-end contract delivery including tenders, surveys, design, installation and ongoing support
● Prepare and submit tenders, quotations and site surveys
● Design security systems and attend client meetings and site visits
● Provide technical support and training across CCTV, access control and door entry systems
● Monitor profit and loss, ensuring strong commercial performance
● Ensure compliance with relevant British Standards and industry regulations
● Present divisional updates at board level and contribute to growth strategy
Experience and Certifications Required:
● A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a Contracts Manager, Project Manager or similar security leadership role
● Strong technical background in CCTV, access control and door entry systems
● Proven experience managing multiple projects within the security sector
● Strong commercial acumen, including tendering, budgeting and P&L responsibility
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients, engineers and senior stakeholders
