Job Title: Security 1st Fix Engineer
Location: Glasgow
Rate: £220 p/day
Technical Resources is recruiting for Security 1st Fix Engineers to work on a large refurbishment project in Glasgow. You will be responsible for first-fix installation works on CCTV, Intruder, and Fire Alarm systems.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Carry out 1st fix cabling and containment for CCTV, Intruder, and Fire Alarm systems.
- Installation of Cat5 and FP cabling.
- Work alongside other trades and site teams to ensure installations are completed to schedule.
- Follow site drawings and instructions to deliver a high-quality installation.
- Adhere to site health & safety and company procedures at all times.
Experience required:
- Proven experience as a 1st Fix Engineer within Fire and Security installations.
- Competent with containment, cabling, and system infrastructure work.
- Previous experience working on construction or refurbishment sites.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- ECS / CSCS Card (Essential).
- Full PPE.
- Hand tools, power tools, and steps/ladders.
