Role: Sales Manager
Location: South East
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum + Commission + Car or Car Allowance.
Technical Resources are recruiting for a Sales Manager, you will be working for a major national fire and security provider undergoing rapid expansion. You will lead sales strategy and performance across the South region, mentoring a medium-sized team and driving significant revenue growth within the fire & security or M&E sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver sales strategies across the South region to drive revenue growth
- Mentor and guide a team of Account Managers and Business Development Managers
- Take P&L responsibility for the region (circa £10–12m)
- Maintain and develop relationships with key client contacts
- Lead monthly regional sales meetings to review performance and set targets
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Proven background as a Head of Sales or Sales Manager within a large national or reputable medium-sized business
- Experience working with M&E contractors
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and client relationship skills
