Role : Regional Service Manager

Technical Resources are partnered with an industry-leading Fire and Security company who have been established for over 25 years. They are now seeking an experienced Regional Service Manager to oversee operations across the London region. This is a hybrid role involving time spent in the office, on-site, and working from home.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and lead a team of 15–20 Service Engineers and supporting office staff.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring outstanding service delivery and timely resolution.
- Attend site and client meetings, representing the company within the Data Centre and Commercial sectors.
- Recruit, manage, and develop Engineers and Sub-Contractors to maintain operational excellence.
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and present key operational updates to Directors.
- Operate flexibly between home, office, and site environments to ensure efficient service delivery.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or Service Supervisor within the Fire Alarm or Fire and Security industry.
- Strong technical background in Fire Alarm systems (addressable and conventional).
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a field-based team.
- Experience working with Data Centre or Commercial clients (advantageous).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with a customer-first approach.
