: Regional Operations Director

Salary:
£80,000 to £100,000 per annum + Car / Allowance + Bonus
We are seeking an exceptional Regional Operations Director to lead operations across the North West region, combining commercial acumen with outstanding people leadership skills. The ideal candidate will deliver strong financial results while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and high performance.
Responsibilities :

Drive financial performance, including revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost optimisation.

Lead all operational aspects to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong relationships across the business and with other regional directors.

Coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, creating a culture of engagement and professional growth.

Lead strategic and tactical sales initiatives to achieve revenue and market share objectives.

Drive business transformation and operational change to improve efficiency, profitability, and employee engagement.

Establish and maintain robust processes for cash collection and working capital management.
Experience and Certifications Required:

Proven senior leadership experience in a service-led, multi-site organisation.

Strong track record of P&L management, ideally at or above £30m turnover.

Demonstrated success in operational management and leading sales teams.

Experience in delivering organisational change and transformation in fast-paced environments.

Exceptional people leadership skills with the ability to inspire, engage, and collaborate.

Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and results orientation.

High energy, presence, and a sense of urgency to achieve business objectives.

Fire & Security industry experience advantageous but not essential.
