Technical Resources Ltd is expanding our Manchester office and looking for a Flex Resourcer / Sales Consultant to join our team full-time.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys resourcing, delivery, and job filling but can also manage business development when needed. You’ll work across three key business units — Senior, Utilities, and Commissioning — with the chance to support other teams across the business.
💥 £25K – £30K basic salary
💰 OTE £35K – £50K
📍 Based in Manchester (commutable)

with existing roles, clients, and live vacancies
🧠 1–2 years’ recruitment experience ideal
⚙️ Contract recruitment or technical/engineering experience highly beneficial
