£50,000 to £55,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Fire & Security Project Manager based in London looking for your next challenge? As a Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of large-scale fire and security system projects from concept through to completion. You will lead installation teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple fire and security installation projects across commercial and construction environments.
- Lead installation teams and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Oversee project planning, programming, and cost control.
- Identify and resolve project blockers and technical issues.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, attending meetings and progress reviews.
- Ensure all works comply with health & safety standards and contractual obligations.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager within large-scale fire alarm or security projects.
- Proven understanding of project management principles and cause-and-effect logic on complex systems.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- SMSTS and ECS certification (Essential).
