Are you an experienced Sprinkler Design Manager based in the Midlands? This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on all design-related activities, compliance, and team development within a specialist fire protection division. You will be accountable for ensuring that all design solutions meet the highest industry standards while mentoring and supporting the development of the design team.
Responsibilities :
- Lead sprinkler system design projects from concept to completion.
- Ensure designs comply with LPCB and BS standards.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the sprinkler design team, driving technical quality, safety, and innovation.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and site teams to deliver efficient and compliant design solutions.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Proven track record in sprinkler system design and management.
- Strong knowledge of LPCB and BS standards (essential).
- Experience leading and developing a design team within fire protection.
- Excellent client-facing and coordination skills.
