Location: South East
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in Fire Safety, Building Services, or Construction? We are recruiting multiple Project Managers across the UK to lead engineering teams and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with the highest safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage engineering teams and subcontractors across multiple fire safety projects.

  • Oversee site preparation and ensure all works meet compliance and safety requirements.

  • Conduct regular progress reviews and audits, maintaining quality standards.

  • Attend client meetings, building and maintaining long-term relationships.

  • Deliver projects to agreed budgets, timescales, and quality standards.

  • Provide regular reporting on project progress, risks, and financial performance (P&L).

Experience and Certifications Required:

  • Proven project management experience in Fire Safety, Building Services, or Construction.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent client-facing and communication abilities.

  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and quality project delivery.

  • Full UK driving licence.
