Are you an experienced Project Coordinator looking for your next opportunity? As a Project Coordinator, you will support the successful delivery of multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective communication, cost control, programming, and compliance across all activities. You will work closely with senior engineering staff and other departments to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's specifications.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, including cost management, scheduling, procurement, and documentation.
- Issue and manage health and safety documentation in line with company and client procedures.
- Monitor and input financial project data, producing monthly reports with senior engineering staff.
- Prepare and manage programmes of work and progress reporting to align with main contractor schedules.
- Resolve technical and operational issues in collaboration with design and engineering teams.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and project handover to ensure successful completion.
- Manage project documentation — including drawings, O&M manuals, and as-built information — ensuring timely submission to all relevant stakeholders.
- Provide support to field teams and maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Proven experience in project coordination within engineering, construction, or technical services.
- Strong understanding of project delivery, documentation, and cost control processes.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
