Are you looking for a PPM Manager position based in the South-East with hybrid working? As a PPM Manager, you will lead, support, and develop the preventive maintenance function for a rapidly growing security systems integrator. You will be joining an established business that delivers enterprise-level Access Control and CCTV solutions for government, technology firms, and blue-chip organisations across the UK.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the PPM department, ensuring high-quality and compliant maintenance delivery across all sites
- Support, mentor, and coordinate technicians and engineering resources
- Act as the primary contact for clients regarding PPM schedules and asset performance
- Use Salesforce to manage scheduling, documentation, asset data and reporting
- Monitor PPM completion rates, address escalations, and implement continuous improvements
- Oversee maintenance agreements, renewals, RAMS, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors to ensure maintenance works are delivered efficiently
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Previous experience as a Service Desk Manager or PPM Manager within Fire & Security, Telecoms or M&E
- Strong organisational and client-facing skills
- Experience managing engineering resources and maintenance delivery
