Job Title: POS Engineer
Location: Southampton
Rate: £170 p/day
Are you a hands-on POS Engineer in Southampton with basic knowledge of payment and till systems? We're recruiting for a skilled professional to support the installation of payment devices and EPOS systems in a structured, slower-paced environment — ideal for someone thorough and reliable.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Installing payment devices and EPOS tills
- Connecting devices to the network and carrying out basic configuration
- Testing functionality and supporting a clean handover to the client
Experience required:
- Working knowledge of POS/EPOS systems
- Comfortable with minor setup, config, and device testing
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- CSCS/ECS (beneficial)
- Tooling TBC
- Full PPE
